Catering Services

Food can be the most memorable part of a meeting – especially if it’s not done well.  Our goal in catering is to help make your event a memorable experience (for the right reasons) for your guests through provision of food and service from small breaks to large receptions, banquet dinners, and special functions.
 
We can offer a variety of catering venues and menus to make your event an experience. Informal settings (including scenic lawn, mountain park, or pond locations) can be reserved for picnics and barbeques. More formal dining venues (such as the UMC Ballroom and our new Stadium Club at Folsom Field facility) can be reserved for receptions and banquets.
 
Our staff can provide you with a sample of menus to pick from for receptions, buffets, or served dinners, or work within your budget to create a customized menu for your guests. For the novice planner, assistance with wine and beverage selection or guarantee numbers can be provided.
 
We will work hard to meet any special needs your group might have and would be happy to make arrangements for audiovisual equipment or special room set-ups for award ceremonies, speeches, or presentations taking place during your event.
