Registration
Registration fees include the meeting facilities (internet), continental breakfasts, all lunches, receptions, and refreshment breaks.
- $225.00 Registration fee before August 24, 2012
- $275.00 Registration fee after August 24, 2012
- $ 50.00 Carrol's Creek/Science Dinner
Payment
FAX REGISTRATION: If you cannot pay on-line and would like to fax your registration and pay with a credit card, print and fax the registration form to: CU Conference Services 303-492-5959
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION: If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with the name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to University of Colorado and sent to:

Confirmation
- For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or received a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.
- Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.
Changes
- If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name and requested change(s) to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: 303-492-5959.
- To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.
Cancelations/Refunds/Additional Information
- If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancelation notice by Friday, September 7, 2012 to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: 303-492-5959.
- Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after September 7, 2012.
