Class Registration

Registration fees includes the course fee & course material, breaks, lunches, & Day 1 BBQ Reception.

$725.00   Early Student Registration Fee through June 15, 2012
$775.00   Regular Student Registration Fee starting June 16, 2012


On-Campus Housing
On-campus housing will be available only if 30 participants request it by June 18, 2012.  
The fees include cafeteria breakfast.

These costs will be collected upon arrival.

$47.96     Single room rate per night, per person (tax included) + $18.40 linen package
$39.81     Double room rate per night, per person (tax included) + $18.40 linen package

$23.00     Residence Hall parking for the week at Williams Village

Transportation
Limited parking will be available, bus transportation is encouraged.

$33.75    Local: includes RTD transport to/from class & Residence Hall
$11.00    Weekly parking fee if commuting by car

Transportation to/from DIA should be purchased separately: 
RTD Skyride: $26 roundtrip on route AB.

Payment
We recommend online payment with credit card, although payment by check is possible.

If you cannot pay with a credit-card online, please complete your registration on-line and then click the "Skip Payment" button. Your registration details are sent to us and you will receive a confirmation email. Next mail a check with the name of the registrant and conference noted on the check in $U.S., drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to the University of Colorado and send to:

Confirmation
For you convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration.  A confirmation will also be emailed to you.  If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register, your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.

Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Changes
If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name and requested change(s) to
confreg@colorado.edu or fax: 303-492-5959.

To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information
If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by July 3 to
confreg@colorado.edu or fax: 303-492-5959.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after July 3. Subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
