Welcome to the 41st National Organic Symposium to be held on the campus of the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado from June 7-11, 2009.

Web registration for National Organic Symposium will be available until midnight on May 29, 2009.

On-site registration will be open from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2009 in the University Memorial Center.


Please note: The University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept purchase orders.

  • $450.00 DOC Member Late registration fee starting May 12, 2009
  • $425.00 ACS Member Early registration fee through May 11, 2009
  • $475.00 ACS Member Late registration fee starting May 12, 2009
  • $450.00 Non-ACS Member Early registration fee through May 11, 2009
  • $500.00 Non-ACS Member Late registration fee starting May 12, 2009
  • $250.00 Postdoc Early registration fee through May 11, 2009
  • $280.00 Postdoc Late registration fee starting May 12, 2009
  • $175.00 Graduate Student Registration fee
  • $125.00 Undergraduate Student Registration fee
  • $150.00 Spouse/Guest Program Early registration fee through May 11, 2009
  • $170.00 Spouse/Guest Program Late registration fee starting May 12, 2009 

Poster Session

 

Poster Session presenters must register for the conference on-line.  Email full title of poster, author(s), and poster presenter name to Rosemary Trujillo at rosemary.trujillo@colorado.edu by May 11, 2009.

 

Tours

 

Tours will be available for on-line registration and payment via a separate link.  See NOS website for link and other information.  Pre-registration is optimal as space is limited and may not be available on-site.

 

Accomodations (Hotels and on-campus housing)

 

Conference attendees are responsible for making all lodging reservations directly with hotels or on-line for on-campus housing.  See NOS website for hotel rates and contact information as well as on-campus housing options and reservations links.

 

Payment

           

Payment by credit card is required to complete on-line registration.  Registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.

Confirmation

For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.

Changes

  • If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.

Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information

  • If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by May 7, 2009 to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  
  • For cancellations made after May 7, 2009, a charge of $50.00 will be assessed.
  • Refunds will not be available after May 7, 2009.
