Welcome to Realistic Mathematics Education Conference On-Line Registration.



Web registration will be available until midnight on September 1, 2011.


On-site registration will be available starting September 23, 2011.


Please note: The University of Colorado, Boulder cannot accept purchase orders.

Registration


$275.00   Early Bird Registration Fee through July 31, 2011


$345.00   Standard Registration Fee August 1 to September 1, 2011


$395.00   On-Site/Walk-up Registration Fee


Registration Fees include: conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks.


Payment


Payment is required within 21 days of initial registration, or the registration will be cancelled.


If you cannot pay on-line, checks should be mailed with the name of the registrant and the conference noted on the check in $U.S. made out to “University of Colorado”, drawn on a U.S. bank to:

Confirmation


For your convenience, a screen will appear confirming your registration. A confirmation will also be emailed to you. If you do not see a confirmation screen or receive a confirmation email after you register your registration is incomplete and you should resubmit on-line.


Participant registration will be guaranteed only when all fees have been paid.


Changes


If you need to make a change once you have received your confirmation, please send an email or fax with your name, city/town, and your requested change(s) to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.  


To avoid duplicate registration or charges to your account, please do not register a second time.


Cancellations/Refunds/Additional Information


If you must cancel your registration for this conference, please email or fax us your written cancellation notice by September 9, 2011 to confreg@colorado.edu or fax: (303) 492-5959.


For cancellations after August 1, 2011, a charge of $75.00 will be assessed.


Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refunds after September 9, 2011.
