Meeting Spaces

Space defines the atmosphere for your attendees’ experience.  Located on a world-class University campus at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, the CU campus offers an abundance of high quality indoor and outdoor space to make your meeting successful and memorable.

We offer more than 70 air-conditioned classroom, lecture hall, and theatre style spaces, including up to 50,000 square feet of exhibit hall space.  Our classroom and lecture halls range in capacity from 25-450 people, while our auditorium and ballroom hold 1,200-2,047.

Classrooms vary seating style between fixed seating and movable desks. Individual room set-ups or room changes can be arranged for your group. For meetings with multiple tracks, we can offer up to 15 simultaneous sessions in our Engineering Center or at the University Memorial Center.

Most spaces have a full range of audio/visual equipment and all spaces offer wireless internet access service. Computer lab meeting space may also be accessed for lab sessions or individual use.
