At the University of Colorado Boulder (CU) Conference Services, we love what we do.

Our passion for matching the needs of our clients to the best of what is available on campus often translates into memorable experiences that get guests excited. We know CU like no one else and will look to find the right package to have your participants talking about your event long after the last session is over.

With each conference, we assign an individual conference coordinator who arranges all of the logistics from start to finish, providing ongoing assistance throughout each program. We pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of conference planning and university operations, and we strive to provide exceptional service for all of our guests.

We provide a full range of event and meeting management services, from small department meetings to annual corporate events. We reduce the need for contracting with multiple offices on campus and can also coordinate off-campus events in the Boulder area and beyond.  Due to increased interest in our services, we anticipate adding venues at our sibling CU campuses in Denver and Aurora in the near future.

We are a self-funded unit within Housing & Dining Services at the University of Colorado Boulder. We have been providing a full range of conference planning services since 1953, coordinating over 110 conferences with up to 25,000 guests on our campus each year.
