Mail will be delivered to the residence hall front desk each day (Monday - Friday). Please check with the desk staff if you are expecting mail.
The beds are 80 inches long by 36 inches wide, also known as a twin extra-long. Standard twin fitted sheets will not fit our mattresses. If you are bringing your own bed linens, we recommend that you either bring two twin flat sheets or sheets specifically designed for twin extra-long beds.
There will be at least one residence hall office that will be open twenty-hours, seven days a week. Late check-in arrangements will need to be communicated through your Conference Coordinator, or conference organizing committee.
CU Conference Services exists to provide comprehensive conference management. We can manage lodging, meeting space reservations, dining and catering orders, registration services, transportation and parking services, publishing and printing and technical services.
One set of non-fitted sheets, a blanket and a bedspread, two towels and one washcloth, a pillow and pillowcase.
The campus offers complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests. Please work with your Conference Coordinator to obtain Wi-Fi access.
For purposes of staff training, staff members may arrive up to one week prior to the group check-in.
Each program has a specific check-in location that should be noted in the literature you will receive from your conference. If you are unsure of the time and location of your check-in, please contact the CU Conference Services office at 303.492.5151.
We can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 5000 people. Two criteria must be met in order for a group to schedule a conference with CU Conference Services. The conference must be either educational or leadership in nature, and it must obtain the sponsorship of an appropriate campus department or organization. By state law, all groups are also required to have a certificate of insurance of general liability for at least $1 million for their conference activity unless the payment of conference expenses is through a CU University speedtype.
The University of Colorado Boulder accommodates year-round conferences; however, CU Boulder can only accommodate on-campus housing groups during the summer season. On-campus housing operations typically begin the last week of May and ends the first week of August (summer season dates vary slightly).
Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer. We recommend that you bring a travel alarm clock.
A minimum non-refundable advance deposit of ten percent of the estimated costs is required to confirm all services provided by CU Conference Services. An advance deposit of fifty percent of anticipated expenses (if over $50,000.00) may be required two weeks prior to move-in.
