Our dining center meal options are designed with both youth and adult tastes in mind. From simple, energy-packed meals and high-value price options to more ethnic and sophisticated menus, these meals have been proven from millions of meals served on our campus over the years.
Meal options include a wide variety of hot entrees, vegetarian/vegan items, a deli bar and a complete salad bar. Assorted beverages and desserts are also available.
For sports camps, customizable menus and suggested serving portions that are designed to meet the nutritional needs of your program are available. Customizable menus that are designed to mirror or feature the theme of your program can be requested to enhance your meeting experience (i.e., vegetarian/vegan only, locally sourced, and industry-specific). Additionally, we have a full-time registered dietician that can assist youth, staff, and guests with questions or concerns regarding food choices.
